Cristina Salmerón has a degree in Market Research and Techniques. She has ten years of experience as a design researcher incorporating the user’s vision when conceptualizing, improving or redefining digital products, services and experiences. She currently works in research at BBVA Spain having previously worked for companies such as Telefónica I + D, Sopra Steria and Designit where she worked with clients such as Telefónica, Vodafone, Endesa, Aegon, Santander or L’oreal.
